THE FINE PRINT

Pricing: ​

  • $150 Minimum Spend (not including tax & gratuity) is required to reserve the igloo. This applies to food, drink and merchandise purchases.

 

Deposit:

  • A $150 deposit will be taken at the time of booking by the host in order to officially reserve a date. This amount will be returned to the host 3-5 business days after the date of the booking as long as you show up for your reservation or cancel within 2 weeks prior to your reservation.

  • HomeGrown management must be contacted for all cancellations, 248-800-4244. Please do not leave messages with anyone or on Facebook, Google, etc – these do not count.

  • Since the deposit is a separate transaction that will be refunded, no part of the deposit will be used to meet the minimum spend for the evening.

 

Maximum Capacity:

  • Due to current restrictions, and in our best efforts to keep all of our staff and guests safe, the maximum capacity for each igloo is 8 people, no exceptions. The current ruling is “from the same household” however that is defined.

  • We will abide by the definition of “minimal interaction between guests and server”

  • All strollers, wagons, etc. must be left outside of the igloos

 

Food:

  • Guest will have access to all regular menu items + specials 

 

Drinks: Bar Service Options:

  • Guest will have access to all available beer, wine, cider & seltzers

 

Additional Policies & Procedures:

  • All details such as special requests or questions must be finalized two weeks prior to the date of the booking. 

  • All guests are required to wear masks while entering and exiting the igloos, and anytime they are not seated at their table. If any guest forgets their masks, we have disposable masks on site, and one will be provided.

  • No outside food or beverages are permitted in the igloo with the exception of a celebration cake.

  • Each igloo is its own separate entity and if guests are interested in reserving both igloos, must do the following

    • Meet the minimum spend in each igloo

    • Pay a deposit for each igloo

    • Make a reservation for each igloo/time slot.

  • Guests will have the igloo for 2 hours. After the 2 hours are up guests will be asked to exit the igloos so the igloos can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for the next reservation. No exceptions.

  • Absolutely no smoking inside of the igloos, this includes e-cigarettes/vaping. When smoking outside please use the cigarette disposal unit.

  • No open flames, confetti or glitter allowed.

  • If any damage occurs, including use of glitter or confetti, the host will be held responsible for the costs.

  • Igloos will be heated to the best of our ability but they are still located outside! Please dress appropriately. 

  • Homegrown Brewing Company reserves the right to modify any and all reservations due to but not limited to weather, safety of staff/guests, double bookings, etc. If Homegrown Brewing Company has to cancel a reservation, a full deposit refund will be issued to the host. This decision will be made by Homegrown Brewing Company and is not contingent on guests’ requests.

 

Covid-19 Clause:

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our restaurant and have gone above and beyond in order to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. With that being said there is a risk of covid-19 exposure when being in public, and an even higher risk when in smaller enclosed spaces, such as our igloos. As the host of this party you are acknowledging and assuming all risks that are associated with Covid-19 and are taking it upon yourself to educate all guests of their risk of exposure while attending your event. Homegrown Brewing Company will not be liable for any unintentional harm done due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
